Pre-delivery:

• Evolve program and project management methodology.
• Participate in or lead the development of best practices, project standards, procedures and quality objectives, including metrics for assessing progress.
• Participate in proposal preparation.
• Raise staffing requests and participate in staffing / hiring process.

Delivery:

• Manage client expectations.
• Manage 3-4 project managers in project launches, project deliverables, reporting, quality assurance.
• Act as project manager for complex project.
• Ensure projects milestones delivered in time and within budget, identify potential risks and issues.
• Facilitate the creation and execution of corresponding mitigation plans to ensure that projects remain within specified scope and is within time, cost, and quality objectives.
• Control scope and RACI matrix compliance, timely raise CRs.
• Manage program / project staffing.
• Manage communication with both internal and external stakeholders to projects to track progress and follow escalation framework as necessary.

• Be proactive, taking care about client satisfaction, looking at program context and focus on value delivery in a smart way.
• Building long-term trust relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure overall projects transparency and visibility to client leadership and company management.

• Significant experience in IT Project Management (Project Management certification required).
• Both client stakeholders relationship management and ability to manage, direct and command project teams.
• Retail industry experience required.
• Strong experience managing projects with vendor packaged software (i.e. Oracle, SAP, Microsoft) and custom development solutions implementation.
• Experience working with DevOps, Autotests, Cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in English language (additional: Thai is nice to know).
