We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. What you’ll do

Manage key milestones, including BRD sign-off, design sign-off, UAT plan/scenarios preparation, and sign-off
Develop and deliver training materials, manage communication, and oversee change management
Manage cutover processes and ensure acceptance by stakeholders/business users
Support the development teams by defining the roadmap, product vision, and clarifying user requirements
Lead workshops to gather requirements, aid in problem-solving for business stakeholders, and translate needs into business requirements and technical solutions
Deliver gap analysis against proposed technologies
Create, manage, and prioritise the product backlog; translate customer needs into deliverable features by writing and refining epics and stories
Ensure a healthy backlog of ‘ready’ stories for the team
Support the team by answering queries as the product is being developed, reviewing demos, and accepting delivered stories
Evaluate product progress at each iteration and accept work completed by the team as meeting business outcome needs

What we need

Strong finance, store, sales, and IT expertise
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies, typically acquired through a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, etc.)
Minimum 5 years of experience in business, product, technology, and/or consulting
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills; proficiency in Thai and English
Collaborative work ethic with the ability to work in complex cross-functional or geographically dispersed teams to deliver transformational outcomes
Understanding of trends and emerging technologies; experience and/or understanding of IT change is desired but not essential
Ability to understand and depict complex ideas, issues, and designs to varied audiences and distill the key requirements
Ability to develop strong working relationships, influence others, and build consensus
An experimental mindset to drive innovation amidst uncertainty
Technical proficiency to participate in sprint planning and execution with an informed, independent voice
Knowledge of Jira, including creating user stories and mapping them to epics
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to varied audiences (examples of successful presentations are a plus)
Strong documentation skills and methodology, ensuring comprehensive and clear project documentation
Hands-on experience with successful whole-cycle project management from initiation through delivery
