What you’ll do

Analyse complex software challenges, functional and technical requirements, and devise robust Java-based solutions that enhance application's performance and scalability.
Lead development initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices in Java development, including efficient use of frameworks like Spring and Spring Boot, to maintain high standards of software architecture.
Implement and advocate for cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to keep us at the forefront of the industry, focusing on Java, J2EE, Spring Cloud, Azure, Kafka, and Docker.
Produce comprehensive technical documentation that supports the development process and enhances project clarity.
Mentor junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within our team.
Engage in customer interaction, providing exceptional service and support for software solutions, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise.

What we need

You have over 6 years of commercial software development experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of Java and its associated technologies.
Your experience with design patterns, architectural patterns, and a range of technologies (Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, Azure, Kafka, Docker) equips you to tackle any challenge.
A proven knowledge of the software development lifecycle, methodologies, and models underpins your approach to development, ensuring efficient and effective results.
Your ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, combined with your flexibility and mobility, makes you an ideal candidate for our dynamic and evolving projects.
With upper-intermediate English skills (B2), you are capable of clear and professional communication in an international setting.
