We are looking for a Shift Leader to ensure that applications in scope function properly and produce the desired business outcome. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team is operating effectively and efficiently and that they are providing high-quality application support services to clients.

What you’ll do

Monitoring and managing the workload of the team members, assigning tasks and prioritizing work to ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that engineers are able to perform their duties effectively.
Escalating any critical issues or incidents to senior management, and providing regular updates on the status of ongoing critical and P1 incidents (Shift Leader is responsible for owning the post-mortem process).
Providing and presenting reporting using IT and business KPIs of the applications in scope to the client and internally.
Collaborating with other shift leaders and team members to identify areas for improvement, and working to implement changes that can improve the team's performance and efficiency.

What we need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in IT operations or application support.
Basic experience with data analysis.
Proficiency in Bash and command-line tools.
Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Basic knowledge of technical writing.
B2 or higher level of English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Clear and concise communication skills, capable of presenting information to both team members and management.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in team environments.
