What you’ll do

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and HR interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural alignment. Coordinate technical interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
  • Candidate Management: Oversee the entire candidate journey, ensuring clear communication, transparency, and a positive experience from application to onboarding.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to guide strategic recruitment decisions.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database with accurate candidate records, interview notes, and feedback.
  • HR Projects: Participate in diverse HR initiatives, gaining opportunities to develop specialist expertise and tackle challenging projects.

What we need

  • 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter.
  • A desire to work with employee relations and other HR fields is preferable.
  • Experience in an outsourcing or staffing environment.
  • Proficiency in English at B2/C level.
  • Experience in the EU market; experience in the Asia market is an added advantage.
  • A deep understanding of various IT roles (e.g., backend developers, system architects, DevOps, Support Engineers) and relevant technology stacks.
  • Proven experience in successfully closing Program/Project/Product Manager roles as well as Senior Software Engineer positions.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray, and others.
  • Strong ability to conduct technical and behavioural interviews, using various methods.
  • Proficiency in maintaining and managing candidate databases while ensuring data accuracy and privacy compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate job roles and company culture.
  • Problem-solving mindset: Proactive in identifying challenges and developing solutions that benefit both the company and candidates.
  • Strong negotiation skills to manage candidate expectations and offer packages.
